About Lori

Lori brings more than 25 years of experience in Training and Organizational Development. Lori’s strength is her diversity of knowledge and talent, as well as her passion for supporting the human side of organizations. Lori has worked with organizations, large and small, within many industries including manufacturing, service, financial, technology and biomedical.

Lori holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. She has also earned several certifications in her field including AchieveGlobal Master TrainerDDI Certified TrainerPartner with Wiley Publishing’s DiSC and Five Behaviors assessment systems, Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, and MRG’s Leadership 360 Assessment tools.

Lori is the proud mother of one and an avid dog lover. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and travel.

Assessment Tools

Many of our solutions at BCS include assessments to help learners understand where they are in their development journey. Among these the most widely used are within the Wiley family of assessments. These include Everything DiSC Workplace, Productive Conflict, DiSC Management and the Work of Leaders.

To assist in team development, BCS incorporates The Five Dysfunctions of a Team model by Patrick Lencioni through both The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and the newly created Five Behaviors Personal Development assessment.
